We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative Team Lead (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role at BizAway would involve:

  • Leading a developing team of SDRs operating in the DATCH market
  • Contribution to personal and professional growth of team members through individual coaching and training
  • Persoanlly running outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings (Team Leads carry a personal quota)
  • Presenting our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, CFOs, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
  • Defining Quarterly OKRs with the Sales Development Manager
  • Work with the Sales Executies and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Proactively proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth

Your basic qualifications include:

  • An excellent level of German and a good level of English
  • At least 2 years of experience in SAAS/B2B sales
  • A 'Lead by example' attitude: you should not tell others how to succeed but rather show it
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties

We also value previous experience in Business travel / start ups and as a team lead.
