Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative Manager to lead and scale our high-performing BDR team. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving growth by building and growing a team of BDRs that generate and qualify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Refine and implement outbound lead-generation strategies to scale pipeline growth
- Utilise deskbird's CRM and sales engagement tools to monitor team performance and analyse data trends
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimise lead handoff processes and improve campaign effectiveness
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of BDRs to achieve and exceed goals
- Develop and execute onboarding and continuous training programs to enhance skills and performance
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture
- Oversight of consistent generation of high-quality leads and opportunities
- Set and track KPIs to evaluate team success
- Drive accountability through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
Requirements
- Excellent track record in a Senior BDR role or Team Lead/Manager role, preferably within a growing SaaS or tech environment
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a team
- Outstanding business acumen and curiosity
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analysing KPIs and implementing performance improvements
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
