Business Development Lead for Northern Spain

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team in Northern Spain. As a key member of our commercial transformation team, you will be responsible for achieving double-digit growth in your assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional business development plans based on national strategy
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team
- Coordinate with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan
- Align internal and external systems: CRM and ERP
Requirements:">
A degree or master's degree in sales, e-commerce, business administration, or management
3+ years of experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience, etc.)
3+ years of experience related to business analytics or similar
Knowledge of tools & processes such as Office package, CRM & BI located in North of Spain.
