Sales Growth Specialist for Northern Spain

We're seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Northern Spain. This role will be instrumental in achieving double-digit growth in the assigned territory through innovative sales strategies and collaborative work with internal teams and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional business development plans aligned with the national strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they're respected and recognized in the sector.
• Coordinate with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan.
• Implement business development methodology, including training, ride-alongs, and alignment of internal and external systems (CRM and ERP).
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive results.

You'll Need:

• A degree or master's degree in sales, eCommerce, business administration, or management.
• At least 3 years of experience in away-from-home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience...), business analytics, or similar eCommerce experience.
• Proficiency in Office package, CRM, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and creative competence.
• Excellent social skills, high level of English, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a Win-Win mindset when negotiating with clients.

The Role Offers:
