Agicap, a leading European scale-up with over 7,000 customers and impressive revenue growth exceeding 100% year-over-year for the past three years, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to manage operations, develop business, and increase profitability in Spain.

About Agicap

Our mission is to become the global financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies worldwide. As a Sales Growth Specialist at Agicap, you will be responsible for replicating our success story by engaging qualified prospects, demoing our innovative solution, providing technical assistance, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive rapid growth of lead generation through outbound prospecting
  • Identify pain points and position the Agicap value proposition to Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs)
  • Closely collaborate with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide valuable feedback and ensure seamless integration

We are looking for a native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent professional proficiency in English. Previous experience in SaaS targeting SMBs is highly desirable. Your creative and consultative selling approach, advanced closing skills, competitiveness, and drive to achieve goals will be key factors in your success.

Requirements
  • Native or fluent Spanish language proficiency
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales, preferably targeting SMBs
  • Advanced closing skills and a consultative selling approach
  • Strong rigor, organization, enthusiasm, and team spirit
  • Bilingualism in French is an asset

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per annum, taking into account the current market conditions and the location.
