At Games Workshop, we're expanding our team in Barcelona and seeking a talented Sales Growth Specialist who can drive business development and sales growth in the region. About the Role

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can build strong relationships with our clients and partners. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call potential independent retailers to explore business partnership opportunities
  • Understand their needs and close sales on our B2B offer
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and outcomes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tons of charisma, quickly catching people's attention and engaging them in conversation
  • Loves meeting and beating targets
  • Embraces rejection and quickly bounces back from failure, always keeps going
  • A natural salesperson who can change people's minds

What We Offer

As a Sales Growth Specialist at Games Workshop, you can expect:

  • 37 days of holiday including public holidays, with an option to earn more
