Sales Growth Specialist

Alcestia Consulting is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to drive the company's expansion in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to contract signing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and identifying potential clients in the Benelux region.
- Executing outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Presenting the solution to key stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers.
- Negotiating deals and guiding clients from demo to contract signature.
- Forecasting sales revenue and ensuring full visibility of your sales pipeline.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, attending industry fairs and public events when needed.
- Collaborating with SDRs and the sales team to improve the sales process through feedback.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales to define and achieve Quarterly and Annual OKRs.
Requirements include:
- Native-level German with a strong command of English (written and spoken).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role, or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
- A goal-driven attitude, with a strong appetite for challenges and a willingness to raise the bar every day.
- A proactive problem-solver who isn't afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience in SaaS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-up environments.
