Dornier MedTech Regional Sales Director for Northern Spain

Job Overview
Dornier MedTech Systems is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our expansion in Northern and Eastern Spain, covering the Balearic Islands. As Regional Sales Director, you will drive growth and market penetration for our urology and medical technology portfolio.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record in consumable medical products. Your expertise in product demonstrations and engagement with medical professionals will be essential in building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Market Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share in designated regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations in operating rooms to highlight Dornier MedTech's technologies.
- Provide training and support to medical staff on the effective use of Dornier MedTech products.
- Address and resolve technical issues during demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and monitor sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies tailored to the regions.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- E nsure compliance with local regulations and company policies during sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and Catalan, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
