Business Development Specialist

Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management and contact centre outsourcing, seeks a Business Development Specialist to drive proactive lead generation for internal sales teams. Based in Spain, this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage industry trends and IT landscape knowledge to build a pipeline of high-quality leads.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect high-quality policy-compliant leads for internal sales teams
- Evaluate company potential using provided guidelines
- Conduct eligibility checks to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to inform timely prospecting
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas
- Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets
- Provide weekly reporting and analysis in a presentable format
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in prospection, business development, and/or B2B sales
- C2 level of Spanish
- Advanced level of English
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
