**Job Title:** Medical Dermatology Business Development Lead Spain
**Location:** Remote, home based in Spain

Our company, a renowned medical dermatology firm, is seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to spearhead our expansion into the Spanish market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a national sales strategy that drives revenue growth and enhances our presence in this strategic region.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales plan to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and partners in the Spanish market.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic business decisions.

**Requirements:**
8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the Spanish market, including regulatory environment and key players.

**What We Offer:**
