About this RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager Iberia Lead to drive sales growth and lead our team in the Iberian region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting market research, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leading the team.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and approach potential clients to build strong relationships
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Lead and manage a team of Sales professionals to drive results
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field and project management
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry
- Experience in identifying and approaching potential clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
We offer a comprehensive compensation package including an estimated salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible working hours, gym pass, and professional development opportunities.
