About the Role
">As a Business Development Manager at ADP, you will be responsible for validating and allocating inbound leads to drive business growth. This is a client-facing role in the sales organization where you will set a schedule with prospects and transfer leads to District Managers, effectively building the pipeline of the team.
You will work with a speed-to-lead mentality, providing fast and efficient customer experiences while increasing the efficiency of our organization. Your daily tasks will include validating leads from the inbound queue, interacting with prospects, and ensuring timely lead resolution.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in building a career in sales, working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools, and ability to effectively communicate through all mediums.
Base salary + bonus + benefits. Hybrid model. NIE/SSN required to legally work in Spain. Estimated salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per year.
