Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team in Barcelona. As a German Language Specialist with Google expertise, you will play a key role in discovering potential customers to contact and working closely with the New Business Sales and New Business Associate teams.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing obtained in the last 5 years and native-level proficiency in German. Fluency in English is also required. The successful candidate will be able to think strategically, follow market trends, and possess strong time management skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting high-quality leads, evaluating prospective client potential, and delivering a set of potential ready-to-call leads every week to the New Business Associate team. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to calibrate on lead quality.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in the field of business development. You will receive continuous training and certifications within Google products and work with a dynamic team in a business casual environment.
The salary for this position is approximately €17,000 per year, and the company will reimburse travel costs up to €50 for taxis and PCR tests. Additionally, you will receive 6 months of private health insurance.
