Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and building strong relationships with existing partners.

Job Description
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify potential new suppliers and conduct thorough research to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Negotiate Terms: Work closely with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions that benefit both parties.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze Data: Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategies to enhance supplier retention and acquisition.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or business development.
  • Degree in Tourism, Revenue Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Native-level Portuguese and advanced English language skills.
  • Proficiency in managing tasks with a keen understanding of urgency and prioritization.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year
