Your Role in BizAway
As a Team Lead, you will have a player-coach role, leading a small team of Business Developers and closing deals yourself. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Negotiate with potential clients from Discovery to Contract. As a TL, you will carry a personal quota.
- Present our solution to a range of people, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
- Raise pipeline quality through outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints to generate qualified leads.
- Contribute to the personal and professional growth of team members, providing individual coaching and training during sales calls.
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your (and your team's) deal pipeline.
- Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
- Propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your Qualifications and Benefits
You have an excellent level of French and English, both written and spoken at a native level. You have at least 2 years of experience as a top-performer AE in a tech company.
