**Job Overview**

Sgs is seeking a highly skilled Valuation Services Business Development Lead to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of our valuation services and ensuring their strategic alignment with business goals.

**Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to service strategy formulation and develop ideas for future service development;
  • Lead the creation of new Valuation services in line with strategic objectives set, and continually refine operational processes to enhance overall business performance;
  • Proactively identify market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and swiftly respond to emerging threats and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge;
  • Define business requirements and ensure their successful implementation through collaboration and coordination with key internal stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and external service providers;
  • Monitor and optimize service performance against operational KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded;
  • Drive sales support efforts by providing expert guidance and support to Market Development Managers to strengthen sales strategies and close high-value deals;

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • Proven track record of success in business development, marketing, or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
  • Fluent English language proficiency (written and verbal).

**Estimated Salary:** €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
