About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Director to join our Marketing & Sales development team. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Representatives and driving new pipeline generation for LumApps' growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives covering France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK & Nordics.
  • Continuing to build standards and coaching the team to grow individually and meet objectives.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and consistently monitor the activity of the team.
  • Work closely with Revops to ensure the right tools, automations, and dashboards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales development team, ideally within a software (SaaS) sales environment.
  • Strong ability to coach young team members and motivate them.
  • Ability to be a 'builder', constructing and continuously innovating in standards.
What We Offer

LumApps offers a competitive salary range between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development through training and mentorship programs.
