Our vibrant Spanish team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, and we're looking for a top talent to lead our sales efforts.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from 80,000€ to 120,000€, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role: As a Key Account Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a robust sales force of 20 professionals and 3 team leaders. Your core mission is to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that scales our presence within the clinics healthcare market. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from pipeline management to deal closure, and focus on elevating the team's performance through effective coaching and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Leadership: Manage the sales team, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, aligned with the company's objectives, and lead them to deliver expected results.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent, creating a robust team capable of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Coaching and Training: Implement structured coaching programs and training initiatives to develop sales skills and methodologies across the team.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Oversee and participate in day-to-day sales operations, actively participating in a culture of success and achievement within the team.
- Business Development: Embrace a growth mindset, seeking new opportunities to enhance sales techniques, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales leadership in high-growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus.
