Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Director to lead our strategic accounts and drive revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of key account executives, directly overseeing a portfolio of large accounts, and collaborating with commercial leadership to develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Performance: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of key account executives. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Sales Execution: Directly manage a portfolio of strategic, large accounts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies, negotiate and close complex deals that meet revenue targets.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and exceed individual and team sales quotas. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing sales process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • GTM Strategy: Collaborate with commercial, strategy & product leadership to develop and execute the overall go-to-market strategy. Provide input on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Revenue Operations: Oversee the implementation and management of CRM and pipeline tracking systems. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance, evaluating and selecting best-in-class sales tools and technologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly focused and persuasive collaborator, bringing new customers onto our platform by showcasing how our pioneering platform can assist them in making informed decisions amidst the new climate reality.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
