Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Growth Leader to join our high-performing team at Gartner, Inc. This role will involve driving sales growth through strategic account planning, partnership development, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with C-Level stakeholders within Large Enterprise organizations
* Partner with existing Gartner clients to address their critical priorities
* Identify opportunities for account retention and growth through contract expansion and new services introduction
* Manage a quota of circa $1.2m USD in contract value across 10-15 large enterprise accounts
* Develop and implement effective, enterprise-wide strategies with C-Level executives
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guide customer satisfaction, account retention, and growth
* Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Requirements
* 5-10 years' B2B sales experience, preferably in Technology, SaaS, services, or consultative environments
* Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets in business development/new business environments
* Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives
* Ability to precisely manage and forecast complex sales processes
* Willingness to conduct EMEA-wide travel
