We are looking for an exceptional Digital Sales Leader to drive revenue growth in the WEST EMEA Region. As part of our talented global team, you will play a key role in executing our digital sales strategy, setting ambitious targets, and ensuring the success of our sales efforts.
About the Role
As a Digital Sales Leader at SoftwareOne, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the Digital Sales team. Your primary objectives include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to foster a positive and high-performance culture within the Digital Sales team
- Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to senior Digital Sales representatives and managers
- Conducting regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide support to team members
- Strategically allocating accounts and territories to sales representatives based on their skills, experience, and workload capacity
- Serving as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues and addressing complex client concerns or challenges
- Leading the recruitment and hiring process for new Digital Sales team members
- Establishing clear performance metrics and goals for individual team members, aligned with overall sales objectives and KPIs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Hands-on experience in managing sales budgets, forecasting revenue, and optimizing spending to maximize return on investment (ROI)
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
