About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Sales Manager to lead our team in the BeLux region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this strategic market.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the BeLux market and its customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's vision and goals, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs

Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the BeLux region
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
- Strong understanding of the BeLux market and its customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience with sales enablement programs and tools
