About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Leader to lead our sales team in European markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Hexagon, a leading provider of digital reality solutions, and drive growth in this region.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, executing business and revenue goals, and analyzing regional market dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
- Lead a dynamic sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of sales management experience in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
