Business Development Manager for European Markets

Established distributor of raw materials seeks a sales driven professional to develop new opportunities with clients in various industries. Responsibilities include regular travel to visit clients, working with the commercial and product manager to develop sales strategies, preparing quotations, and monitoring sales targets. Requirements include HBO level of education, valid driver's license, relevant sales experience, and fluent German and Dutch languages.

Job DescriptionThis role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships with clients. You will work closely with our commercial and product managers to identify market trends and develop sales strategies that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Regular travel to visit clients on the German market
- Work with the commercial and product manager to develop sales strategies based on market developments/trends
- Prepare and send quotations
- Monitor your own sales targets as set in the budget
- HBO level of education
- A valid driver's license is required
- Relevant sales experience
- Insight into customer requirements and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to adapt to new and changing circumstances and a flexible, proactive approach
- Knowledge of the German and Dutch languages; fluent English language skills
We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 per year, premium-free pension, and a commission scheme. Additionally, we provide a company car, laptop, and phone.
