The White Team Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior European Business Development Manager to join our team. This role requires strong relationships with European Institutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services.

Job Description

This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters. You will cultivate enduring client relationships, negotiate contracts, and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Cultivating enduring client relationships and establishing trusted advisor connections
  • Negotiating specific contracts and closing agreements to maximize profitability
  • Developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas for improvement
  • Fostering trusted relationships with company consultants working at customer premises
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Knowledge of the EU Institutions
  • Ability to manage teams of IT Consultants
  • Previous experience in Customer Management
  • Proven track record in identifying business opportunities
  • High fluency in written and spoken English
