Are you an experienced professional with a zeal for driving growth and innovation in dynamic startup, fitness-related, and B2B environments? Blu Selection, a corporate-focused health and wellness startup advocate, is actively seeking a dynamic and accomplished Sales and Partnership Manager to lead their market expansion.

You will be responsible for strategic business growth by developing and executing strategies for generating high-value business opportunities through targeted prospecting. You will oversee the acquisition, monitoring, and strategic development of the client portfolio. Your responsibilities also include performing sales leadership by leading the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

For this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable success in senior-level Business Development, Sales, or related client-facing roles. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English (fluency in German is a strong plus). You are located in Barcelona. Additionally, you should be energetic, innovative, and able to work independently at a fast pace. A proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving substantial business growth is essential. An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to switch between hands-on and strategic tasks are also required. As a sports/fitness/health advocate, you are passionate about spreading your enthusiasm.

Salary Estimate:
