Regional Business Development Manager for German-Speaking Markets

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Business Development Manager to oversee operations and drive growth across German-speaking markets. This key position serves as our representative in these regions, ensuring excellence in administration, finance, HR, sales, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Management: handle client requests by phone, email, and in our CRM, helping our German customers find the perfect boat for their sailing holidays.
- Administrative Management: Manage day-to-day operations in the DACH region, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Finance Oversight: Supervise budgeting, reporting, and financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic goals.
- Human Resources: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team development for regional staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Project Management: Plan and execute key projects, coordinating between local and global teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Team Management: Oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance to ensure success.
- Market Representation: Act as the face of Samboat and Argos Yachtcharter in the DACH region, strengthening brand presence and market share.
This role demands a proactive leader with the ability to manage complexity while driving tangible results. You have excellent interpersonal skills, are a native German speaker, fluent in English, and preferably French.
You already led projects and teams, and you are highly customer satisfaction oriented. Knowing the boating/charter industry is a plus.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
