**About the Role**

We are working with a Top Workplace tech business outsourcing company that is looking to hire a German speaking Inside Sales Representative. This role will involve promoting a world-class business marketing tool on the EMEA market.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to create and close a pipeline of inbound leads that can contribute to the company's growth and success. This will include managing an influx of inbound leads from multiple channels, driving the sales pipeline, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) to secure new business.

This position requires an expert understanding of the product and leveraging a structured sales methodology to shorten the sales cycle. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate strong account management skills, providing support to clients' technology strategies.

The ideal candidate will have native or fluent proficiency in German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing their time and prioritizing tasks to meet targets.

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a hybrid work model, with two days per week spent at the office. Other benefits include a base salary and bonus structure, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
