About Us
Grow-Talent is working with a 'Top Workplace' tech business outsourcing company seeking a German speaking Business Development Manager to promote a world-class business marketing tool on the EMEA market.

Job Overview
This role will involve creating and closing a pipeline of inbound leads that contribute to the company's growth and success. The successful candidate will be required to manage an influx of inbound leads from multiple channels, drive the sales pipeline, and meet KPIs to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the SME segment;
  • Manage a steady influx of inbound leads from multiple channels, driving the sales pipeline and meeting KPIs to secure new business;
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the product and leverage a structured sales methodology to shorten the sales cycle;
  • Act as a product and service champion, fostering interest and increasing awareness of the client's value proposition;
  • Effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up actions;
  • Implement sales strategies that optimize the conversion of leads into paying customers;
  • Provide strong account management to support clients' technology strategies;
  • Partner with leadership and clients to identify strategies and processes that align with and drive revenue growth.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be native/fluent in German and English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

Compensation Package
The base salary for this position is estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus.
