German-Speaking Business Development Representative for Cloud Security Solutions

In a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, we are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will have a native level of German and advanced English skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT industry. They will be able to connect business needs with adequate solutions, possess strong business acumen, and have excellent interpersonal skills as a team player. A high level of integrity and professionalism is required, along with comfort working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Hit quarterly Key Performance Metrics, and hit a target level of activity daily and weekly.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell.
- Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospective customers.
- Educate customers on what we have to offer.
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce (CRM database).
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree, technical degree desired.
- Native level of German and advanced English.
- Min. 2 years B2B Sales or Business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industry.
- Some understanding of cloud computing concepts.
- Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions, strong business acumen.
Benefits:
- Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
- This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
- Salary: €35,000 - €50,000 gross/year + up to €10,000 gross/year in bonus.
- Relocation support.
- Permanent Contract.
