About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. As a representative of Multilingual Jobs Worldwide, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound and inbound campaigns focused on security.

Purpose of the Role: As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, executing outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospective customers, educating them on available cloud security solutions, and updating and maintaining prospect and customer data in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hit quarterly Key Performance Metrics and maintain a target level of activity daily and weekly
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell
  • Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospective customers
  • Educate customers on available cloud security solutions
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a technical background
  • Native level of German and advanced English
  • Minimum 2 years B2B Sales or Business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industry
  • Some understanding of cloud computing concepts
  • Able to connect business needs with adequate solutions, strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and a high level of integrity and professionalism

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is estimated at €34,300 per year, based on the location and requirements. Additionally, you will receive up to €8,540 in bonus, relocation support, and a permanent contract. You will also have access to continuous training and certifications within cloud products, as well as bi-weekly contests and a referral program.
