German Business Developer Representative

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated German Business Developer Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary focus will be on achieving quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and maintaining a high level of activity daily and weekly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve SQO quota quarterly and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly
- Manage assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
- Educate customers on available cloud solutions and build value for next steps in the sales process
- Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com
- Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline
Benefits:
- Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona
- Salary: 25,440.00€ gross/year + up to 6,360.00€ gross/year in bonus
- Relocation package including flight ticket, taxi from the airport, accommodation, and private health insurance
- Permanent Contract with established career path for growth within the project
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in German language is essential, and English language skills are also desirable.
