German Business Development Representative

Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing, is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As part of our dynamic and innovative organization, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through various outbound campaigns.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent sales acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions. With a focus on cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses work better together, move fast, and innovate.
As a member of our Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs. You will work towards individual targets, while being part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA.
To succeed in this role, you should have a native level of German, fluent English language skills, and some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and be comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment.
We offer a competitive salary of 25,440€ gross/year, with up to 6,360€ gross/year in bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals.
