Job Title: German Business Development Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Germany. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales qualified opportunity quotas on a quarterly basis and maintain daily/weekly activity targets
- Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
- Educate customers on available cloud solutions
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, engaging with C-level decision-makers, building rapport, and assessing their needs
- Understand prospects' pain points and align business needs with available cloud solutions
- Update and maintain data in Salesforce.com, including managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities
- Work toward team and individual goals related to productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- EU ID or Spanish residence card
- German C1 level and English C1
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in IT
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs with relevant solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism
- Comfortable working against quotas in a phone-based environment
