We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities based on digital advertising campaigns and improving business outcomes.

Purpose of the Role

As a Business Developer Representative for German Market, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses. Your role will be to proactively engage, build enthusiasm, and qualify business needs to propose suitable solutions, sending them on the most appropriate sales path.

This is a target-driven role, where you will work toward individual targets as well as support the growth of the EMEA customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas on a quarterly basis and maintain daily/weekly activity targets.
  • Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on available solutions.
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, engaging with C-level decision-makers, building rapport, and assessing their needs.
  • Understand prospects' pain points and align business needs with available Cloud solutions (solution-selling).

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical experience.
  • EU ID or Spanish Residence card.
  • German C1 level and English C1.
  • 2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in IT.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
