We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Recruit4Work Sl, working with clients in the German-speaking region.

As a Business Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to identify strong sales opportunities, profile potential clients, and drive new business through targeted outbound campaigns. You will support businesses in improving collaboration, accelerating growth, and fostering innovation.

  • Meet quarterly SQO quotas and maintain high levels of daily and weekly activity
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
  • Educate customers about our offerings
  • Conduct daily outbound calls and emails, engage with C-level decision-makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs
  • Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, align business needs with available cloud solutions, and add value to the sales process
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect data in the CRM system, managing leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficient level of German with fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT sector
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong ability to link business needs with the right solutions, solid business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills
