We are seeking a highly skilled German Business Developer to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the German market and developing strategies to engage them.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German market, develop strategies to engage clients, and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, conduct market research to spot trends and insights for business development, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute strategies effectively.
- Negotiation and Reporting: Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet sales goals, provide regular reports on sales progress, performance, and forecasts to management.
- Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (minimum 1-2 years)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attractive salary package - €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience
