We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative for our German market team. As the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, you will proactively engage, build enthusiasm, and qualify business needs to propose suitable solutions.
About the Role:This is a target-driven role, where you will work toward individual targets as well as support the growth of the EMEA customer base. You will achieve SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas on a quarterly basis and maintain daily/weekly activity targets.
Responsibilities:- Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects.
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, engaging with C-level decision-makers, building rapport, and assessing their needs.
- Update and maintain data in Salesforce.Com (CRM) including managing leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Work toward team and individual goals related to productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- EU ID or Spanish Residence card.
- German C1 level and English C1.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in IT.
Roughly €60,000 per annum based on industry standards for a similar role.
