German Market Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a German Market Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the German market.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years of experience as a top-performing SDR, with a proven track record of success in executing outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels to engage potential clients across multiple roles (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach key decision-makers in the German market.
- Build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
You will work closely with SDRs and the sales team to propose strategies, campaigns, and actions to optimize the sales process and drive growth. Collaborate on setting quarterly and annual OKRs with senior leadership. The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
