We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Business Developer Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

Purpose of the Role
As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to achieve SQO (Sales Qualified Opportunity) quotas on a quarterly basis and maintain daily/weekly activity targets. You will manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects, educate customers on available solutions, and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails. Your goal will be to build rapport with C-level decision-makers, assess their needs, and understand their pain points to align business needs with available Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve SQO quotas on a quarterly basis and maintain daily/weekly activity targets
  • Manage assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
  • Educate customers on available solutions
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, engaging with C-level decision-makers, building rapport, and assessing their needs

Requirements
You must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, as well as EU ID or Spanish Residence card. Additionally, you should have German C1 level and English C1. We require 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in IT. Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs with relevant solutions is essential. Proficiency in navigating computer-based roles and comfortable working against quotas in a phone-based environment are also necessary.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year

This is a target-driven role where you will work towards individual targets as well as support the growth of the EMEA customer base.
