At Teleperformance, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a German Business Growth Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Acquisition Marketing team, driving high-potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across European markets.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time position based in Barcelona, with a 39-hour workweek from Monday to Friday. Our Hybrid working model offers flexibility and work-life balance, while our dynamic business casual environment fosters collaboration and innovation.
We're looking for someone with intricate knowledge of industry trends and digital landscapes to help our internal sales teams build pipelines through targeted prospecting. Your mission will be to deliver high-quality, policy-compliant leads researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.
Responsibilities- Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams
- Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
- Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to inform timely prospecting efforts
- Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas according to sales team needs
- Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets
- Provide weekly reporting and analysis of your work in a presentable format
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research
- A minimum education level of 2nd-year college or higher
- B2 level or higher of the market being supported (native German language skills)
- Advanced English language skills
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
