European Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our team as a European Business Growth Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fun, modern environment based in Barcelona city centre and focuses on helping our trade partners grow their sales by managing their product range and providing valuable advice.
As a European Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for calling independent retail outlets every week to ensure they have the right products in stock. You will advise them on what products they need to order to maximise sales opportunities, develop strong relationships with customers, and perform regular stock checks to ensure timely reordering of sold items. Additionally, you will inform customers about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close sales, while continuously seeking ways to grow the number of customers committed to our stockist programme.

We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues, demonstrate excellent customer service and time management skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Call independent retail outlets regularly to ensure they have the necessary products in stock
- Provide expert advice on product selection and ordering to maximise sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
- Perform regular stock checks to ensure timely reordering of sold items
- Inform customers about new product ranges and identify opportunities to close sales
We estimate the salary for this role to be approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00 (depending on your territory).
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills, plus one additional language to a business level (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Greek, Romanian, Polish, Norwegian, or Czech)
