We're seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team. About the Role

This is an opportunity to drive business growth by:

  • Identifying, networking, and connecting with prospective clients through outreach, meetings, and events.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identifying upsell opportunities and renewal possibilities within the current client portfolio.
  • Making persuasive presentations to prospective clients, internal teams, and executives to showcase Estudio Nacar's value proposition.
  • Gathering and analyzing valuable customer and competitor data to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Working closely with squads and cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals for clients.
  • Negotiating contract terms with clients and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships that align with Estudio Nacar's growth objectives.
  • Driving the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Analyzing and reporting business development metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a design or technology-focused environment.
  • A proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate value effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships, with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • A proactive mindset, with excellent networking skills and the ability to engage with prospective clients.

The estimated salary for this role is around €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
