Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Funnel Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing practices to maintain engagement and interest.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and pain points of prospects to gauge their level of interest in Autodesk solutions. Use this information to qualify leads and identify those with the potential for conversion.
- Outreach and Communication: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, engage with prospective customers through email, chat, and phone calls, and provide clear and concise details on Autodesk's product features and value proposition.
- Meeting Scheduling: Arrange appointments and meetings for Sales Representatives and Executives, contributing to the team's sales objectives.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in SaaS or construction technology. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as fluency in German and English.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
