Digital Business Developer Representative

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. You will help businesses work better together, move fast, and innovate by proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs to propose adequate solutions.
Your responsibilities will include achieving quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota, managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, educating customers on our offerings, and executing daily outbound phone calls and emails. You will also need to understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions, and build value for next steps in the sales process.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious. You should have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, native-level German language skills, and fluency in English. Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry, is essential. Additionally, you should have some understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions, and be able to connect business needs with adequate solutions.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Our company offers a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working model in Barcelona. The salary is €25,440 gross per year + up to €6,360 gross per year in bonus.
