German Speaking Business Developer Representative

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated German Speaking Business Developer Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
Job Description: This is a full-time position working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a Business Developer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Achieving quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and maintaining a high level of activity daily and weekly
- Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
- Educating customers on our offerings and executing daily outbound phone calls and emails
- Building quick rapport with C-level decision makers and assessing customer needs
- Understanding prospects' pain points, gathering technical requirements, and correlating business needs to available Cloud solutions
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native fluency in German and excellent English language skills
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high integrity, and professionalism
Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive basic salary of €25,440 gross per year, plus up to €6,360 in bonus potential. Additional benefits include relocation assistance, accommodation support, private health insurance, and a comprehensive training program.
