Cloud Security Representative Job Opportunity in Barcelona

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Business Developer Representative to join our team in Barcelona. Our partner is a global leader in customer experience management and contact center business process outsourcing, employing over 300,000 people across 80 countries.

Purpose of the Role:

  • To identify robust sales opportunities and profile prospective customers.
  • To discover their needs and drive new business through various outbound and inbound campaigns focused on security.
  • To help businesses work better together, move fast, and innovate as a Sales Development representative.

Responsibilities:

  1. Hit quarterly Key Performance Metrics and maintain a target level of activity daily and weekly.
  2. Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell.
  3. Execute outbound prospecting to source, contact, and engage prospective customers.
  4. Educate customers on available cloud security solutions and build value for next steps in the sales process.
  5. Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce (CRM database).
  6. Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree preferred.
  • Native level of German and advanced English language skills.
  • Min. 2 years B2B Sales or Business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industry.
  • Some understanding of cloud computing concepts.
  • Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and strong business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment.

  • Salary: €25,760 gross/year + up to €8,540 gross/year in bonus.

Estimated Salary Range: Based on location and industry standards, the estimated salary range for this role is between €25,760 - €34,040 per year, plus bonus.
