Consumer Market Leader for EMEAI Region

The Consumer Market Leader for the EMEAI region will drive sales growth in omnichannel consumer markets. This key role involves formulating and implementing initiatives to develop a leading position in the wider EMEAI area. The ideal candidate will leverage both the heritage product portfolio and brand recognition as well as burgeoning product ranges.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and implement an omnichannel sales strategy to enhance Peli's presence in the Consumer space.
- Develop direct relationships at key levels throughout relevant channels, including distributors and retailers, to create support for Peli products.
- Identify heritage products that can be phased into collections to augment the value of the dedicated consumer portfolio and increase attractiveness.
- Work with the EMEAI D2C manager to develop a compelling online sales strategy leveraging the existing direct online sales platform and marketplaces.
- In conjunction with marketing teams worldwide, create and implement plans to increase brand presence, market share, and sales growth across all channels.
- Develop and maintain coherent price structures to reflect product positioning in different markets.
- Act as the voice of EMEAI vis-a-vis the global product team to drive visibility on upcoming market opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a suitable university degree, previous sales experience with relevant Consumer channels (7-10 years), and demonstrated consecutive year-on-year sales growth. They must be proficient in spreadsheet, word-processing, Salesforce, and Presentation Software. A valid driver's license in the EU is required, and travel may be necessary to execute the assigned strategy.
Estimated Salary Range:$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in the EMEAI region.
