The role of Consumer Sales Director in The Granite Group involves spearheading sales growth and strategy development across the consumer space within the EMEAI region. This individual will leverage the company's heritage product portfolio, brand recognition, and burgeoning product ranges to drive sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an omnichannel sales strategy to enhance Peli's presence in the consumer market
  • Create direct relationships with key stakeholders throughout relevant channels, communicating strategy and securing support for Peli products
  • IDentify heritage products that can be integrated into collections to augment value and increase attractiveness of the offering
  • Collaborate with the EMEAI D2C manager to develop a compelling online sales strategy leveraging existing platforms and marketplaces
  • Work with marketing teams worldwide to create and implement plans increasing brand presence, market share, and sales growth across all channels
  • Maintain coherent price structures reflecting product positioning in different markets, adhering to global price directives
Requirements:
  • Suitable university degree and 7-10 years of sales experience in consumer channels
  • Territory or channel management experience with consecutive year-on-year sales growth
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in spreadsheet, word-processing, Salesforce, and presentation software

This position requires a creative thinker who can adapt to changing conditions, solve problems, and negotiate effectively. A valid EU driver's license is necessary, and travel may be required.

Estimated salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
