About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Digital Sales Leader for the WEST EMEA Region. As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leading, managing, and inspiring the Digital Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management and Coaching: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and high-performance culture within the digital sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to senior digital sales representatives and managers.
  • Strategy Execution and Target Setting: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and refine the overall digital sales strategy. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Sales Team Structure and Account Allocation: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of individual team members to optimize the sales team structure. Strategically allocate accounts and territories to sales representatives based on their skills and workload capacity.
  • Escalation Point and Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated issues and addressing complex client concerns or challenges.
  • Team Building and Hiring: Lead the recruitment and hiring process for new digital sales team members. Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the sales team.
  • Performance Management: Establish clear performance metrics and goals for individual team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Quota Allocation and Monitoring: Collaborate with senior leadership and finance teams to establish annual sales quotas and targets for digital sales team members.
  • Cost Optimization and ROI Monitoring: Manage the digital sales budget effectively. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to sales expenses and return on investment.

  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of building, developing, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Sales Budget Management and ROI Optimization: Hands-on experience in managing sales budgets, forecasting revenue, and optimizing spending to maximize return on investment.
  • Proficiency in Sales Management Software and CRM Systems: Proficiency in utilizing sales management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to manage leads, track opportunities, and measure sales performance.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Continuous Learning Orientation: Proactive in staying updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in account management and customer success.

Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per year (depending on experience).
